Before using various services of BinJiang, you must carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy, especially the clauses marked in bold, which you should focus on reading, and only start using the services after confirming that you fully understand and agree to it. If you do not agree to the contents of this Policy, it may result in the failure of normal operation of BinJiang's services or failure to achieve the service effects we intend to achieve, and you should immediately stop accessing/using BinJiang's services.
I. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We collect your personal information primarily to enable you to use BinJiang's services more easily and satisfactorily. BinJiang's goal is to provide safe, powerful and easy-to-use services to all users, and this information helps us achieve this goal.
(I) We will collect and obtain your personal information through the following channels:

(1) Information you provide to us when registering an account for BinJiang's services or using BinJiang's services;

1. Assisting you in completing registration and login
To facilitate us to provide you with continuous and stable services and ensure the security of your use of BinJiang's services, we need you to provide basic registration or login information, including mobile phone number, email address, and create your account, username and password. In some individual services, if you only need to use basic functions such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as a BinJiang user or provide the above information.
You may also fill in or supplement other additional information about yourself (such as your nickname, avatar, gender, native place, occupation, education background, date of birth, hobbies) during registration, login or subsequent use. This will help us provide you with a personalized and better service experience, but if you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of BinJiang's services.
2. Implementing identity authentication
In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, or to meet the needs of real identity verification of users, ensuring the security of the system and services, and other specific service functions, we may need you to provide real identity information (such as name, ID card, passport, driver's license, household registration booklet), biometric information (static or dynamic) and other identity information to complete identity authentication. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with relevant functions and services.
For the purpose of identity authentication, you agree and authorize us to provide, inquire and verify your aforementioned identity information to relevant identity authentication institutions (such as personal credit reference institutions, government departments, etc.) either by ourselves or by entrusting third parties.
Please note that your identity information, biometric information, etc. are sensitive personal information, please provide them carefully. If you refuse to provide them, you may not be able to obtain relevant services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
3. Maintaining the normal operation of basic functions
During your use of our services, to provide you with basic functions such as browsing and searching, identify abnormal account status, understand product adaptability, ensure the network and operational security of BinJiang's services, and maintain the normal operation of the aforementioned basic functions, we may directly or indirectly collect and store information about the services you use and the way you use them, and correlate this information. (1) Log information: When you use our services (including background running status), we may automatically collect detailed usage information of our services by you and save it as relevant network logs. (2) Device information: When you use our services (including background running status), we may receive and record the relevant information of the device you use. Please note that separate device information and log information are information that cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the combined use, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information. During the combined use, this information will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
4. Providing you with customer service or other user response functions
When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions (such as submitting pre-sales and after-sales applications, making complaints or suggestions on personal information protection, and other customer complaints and needs), we may need you to provide necessary personal information to match and verify your user identity to ensure the security of your account and the system. We may also save your contact information (the contact information you use when contacting us or other contact information you actively provide to us), the records and content of your communications/calls with us, and other necessary information associated with your needs to contact you or help you solve problems, or record the solutions and results of relevant problems.

For example, when you log in to BinJiang's services with an account of a third-party platform, we will obtain relevant information under the third-party account (including: username, nickname, avatar, subject to the content of your authorization) according to your authorization, and bind your third-party account with your BinJiang service account after you agree to this Policy, so that you can directly log in and use BinJiang's services through the third-party account. We will collect and use your information on the premise of complying with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and in accordance with the agreement with affiliated parties or third-party partners, and confirming that the source of the information they provide is legal.
6. Providing you with security protection
To improve the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect your or other users' or the public's personal and property safety from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and network intrusions, and more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or the relevant agreement rules of BinJiang's services, we may collect, use or integrate your account information, transaction information, device information, log information, as well as information shared by our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or in accordance with the law, to comprehensively judge the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
7. You understand and agree that some individual services may require you to enable specific access permissions on your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. For example:
(1) After you enable the storage permission, you allow us to access your storage space so that you can download and save content, or implement corresponding services through caching, etc.;
(2) After you enable the device information permission, you allow us to obtain your device information as a unique identifier of your device, so as to provide you with page displays and personalized content recommendations that are more in line with your needs, understand product adaptability, identify abnormal status, and ensure the network and operational security of BinJiang's services;

(4) After you enable the address book permission, we can obtain your address book friend information to provide you with functions such as friend status inquiry, inviting your friends to use BinJiang's services, and sharing content/products with people you know;
(5) After you enable the microphone and related voice permissions, you can use the voice function to interact with our products, others, or contact customer service, etc.;
(6) After you enable the location permission, we can obtain your location information to allow you to interact with nearby friends or push personalized content to you, etc.;
(7) After you enable our permission to read/write your calendar, we can obtain your schedule time to provide you with functions such as recording, appointment, and reminder.
When you need to close these function permissions, most mobile devices support this requirement. For specific methods, please refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device. Please note that your enabling of any permission means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you close any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to this permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the information collection and use conducted based on your authorization before.
8. Exceptions to obtaining authorized consent
According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your authorized consent to collect your information in the following circumstances:
(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;

9. Reminder on sensitive personal information

(2) Sharing order information with logistics service providers settled on the BinJiang platform;

(4) Necessary sharing with other suppliers, service providers and business partners related to our services/functions.
2. Necessary sharing with some of our partners. For the purposes of the smooth development of necessary/reasonable business, meeting your requirements, performing our obligations and exercising our rights in relevant user agreements or this Policy, or complying with legal provisions, we may need to share your information with some partners, including:
(1) Sharing log information and device information with partners that provide data services (including online advertising monitoring, data statistics, data analysis, etc.);
(2) Sharing statistical data on your product usage (such as crashes, flashbacks) with partners that provide product analysis services (including application crash analysis, network performance analysis, domain name resolution optimization);

6. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, in order to comply with the law, safeguard the interests, property or safety of us, our affiliated parties or partners, you or other BinJiang users or the public, such as preventing fraudulent and other illegal activities and reducing credit risks, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. However, this does not include the sale, rental, sharing or other disclosure of information for profit purposes in violation of the commitments made in this Policy.

For the companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process the information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
(II) Transfer
1. According to legal provisions, sharing, transferring and disclosing de-identified personal information, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the information subject, is not an act of external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information, and the storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you and your consent.
IV. How We Store and Protect Personal Information
(I) Storage of personal information
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities, we will only store your personal information for the period necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy and the shortest time limit. We will adopt security protection measures that meet industry standards, including establishing reasonable system specifications and security technologies to prevent your personal information from being accessed, used or modified without authorization, and avoid data damage or loss.
Our services adopt a variety of encryption technologies. For example, in some BinJiang services, we will use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to encrypt and store your personal information, and isolate it through isolation technologies to protect your personal information.
When using personal information, such as information display and information correlation calculation, we will adopt a variety of data desensitization technologies to enhance the security of information in use.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of the cooperative relationship with BinJiang.
4. The Internet is not an absolutely safe environment, and communication methods with other users such as email, instant messaging, social software or other service software cannot be determined to be fully encrypted. We recommend that you use complex passwords when using such tools and pay attention to protecting the security of your information. When communicating with third parties or purchasing goods and services through BinJiang's services, you will inevitably disclose your own information to the counterparty or potential counterparty, such as contact information or postal address. Please properly protect your information and only provide it to others when necessary.
5. The Internet environment is not 100% safe, and we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of the personal information you send to us. If our physical, technical or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of personal information, leading to damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal liabilities.
6. Security incident disposal

If you find that your account, password and/or other identity elements may have been or have been disclosed, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures in a timely manner to avoid or reduce relevant losses.

Therefore, we remind and ask you to carefully consider whether to disclose or share your information through the above channels.
(III) Account cancellation
We provide you with a way to cancel your account. Under the conditions stipulated in our service terms and the provisions of relevant national laws and regulations, after your account is cancelled, we will stop providing you with all or part of BinJiang's services, and delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
(IV) Changing the scope of your authorized consent
You can always choose whether to disclose personal information to us. Some personal information is necessary for using BinJiang's services, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, closing device functions, canceling your account, etc.
After withdrawing the authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw the authorization will not affect the information processing carried out based on your authorization before.
(V) Obtaining copies of personal information
If you need a copy of your personal information, you can contact us. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information (including basic information and identity information) in our services, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or this Policy.
(VI) Responding to your above requests
To ensure security, you may need to submit a written request or prove your identity in other ways. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. For your reasonable requests, we will not charge fees in principle, but for repeated and excessive requests beyond a reasonable limit, we will charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

3. Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.;
5. We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
6. For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' major legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
7. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;
8. Involving trade secrets.
VI. Third-Party Services
BinJiang's services may access or link to social media or other services (including websites or other service forms) provided by third parties. Including:
1. You can use the "Share" button to share certain BinJiang service content to third-party services, or share third-party service content to BinJiang services. These functions may collect your information (including your log information) and may install COOKIES in your device to operate the above functions normally;
2. We provide you with links through advertisements or other ways of our services to enable you to link to third-party services or websites;
3. Other circumstances of accessing third-party services. For example, to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, we may access SDKs or other similar applications provided by third-party service providers (such as in the form of embedded codes, plug-ins, etc.) to provide you with better customer service and user experience.
